Background
In 2018 I was diagnosed with a complex spinal and neurological condition. A year late. It had been missed.
Conventional care was not healing. It was barely managing symptoms and calling that progress. So I went deeper. Across disciplines. Conventional medicine. Functional medicine. Nutritional biochemistry. Regenerative therapies. I matched what was appropriate rather than defaulting to the only option offered. Things changed.
What I did not expect was how many people started telling me their own situations. Constantly. Symptoms no one had connected. Diagnoses that did not add up. I found I could see patterns others were missing. What caused it, what was maintaining it, what the options actually were beyond what they had been told. I kept getting it right. Every single one said the same thing: this should exist as a service.
So I built it. Designed it, developed it, shipped it myself.
I hold a First Class degree in Politics and International Relations from SOAS, University of London. Institutional analysis, decision-making under complexity, constructing arguments that withstand scrutiny. That is not medicine. It is the study of how systems work, how power operates, and how to make bureaucracies respond. The NHS is an institution. The DWP is an institution. I know how to move them.
My professional network spans neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons, functional medicine practitioners, clinical researchers, pain specialists, and dozens more across the UK and internationally. I use advanced research tools that let me deliver comprehensive evidence briefings in 72 hours. Work that would take a traditional consultant weeks.
I am a researcher, writer, health coach, consultant, and strategic advisor. The same pattern runs through healthcare, benefits, institutions, and life decisions. Missed warnings. Siloed thinking. No accountability. So I work on all of it.
What Makes This Different
→ Cross-disciplinary research. Conventional medicine, functional medicine, clinical pharmacology, nutritional biochemistry. Not locked into one school of thought
→ Zero affiliations. Zero conflicts of interest. Nobody pays me to recommend them
→ 72-hour turnaround on intelligence briefs. Work that would take traditional consultants weeks
→ Every case handled personally. No team, no juniors, no handoffs. Your file never gets passed to someone who does not know your history
→ I have stopped unnecessary surgeries with better evidence. I have saved families tens of thousands by catching the wrong treatment path early
→ I read the actual papers. Full-text peer-reviewed journals, not Google summaries. I challenge consultants when the evidence does not support their recommendation
