Are my supplements actually doing anything?

Not a diagnosis: a head start. These are the three drivers most worth checking first, based on what the evidence says gets missed most often.

01

Test before you buy

Iron, D and B12 are cheap to test. Supplementing blind wastes money and can mask problems.

02

Duplicates and clashes

Stimulant stacking and double-dosing across products is the most common stack mistake.

03

The 80/20

Sleep, protein, movement and sunlight outperform almost every bottle. Supplements polish; they do not build.

Worth asking your GP about

Ferritin, vitamin D, B12 before supplementing them

Do this, this week

1. Start a two-minute note so the pattern becomes visible.
2. Take the test list above with you so you can explain the pattern clearly.
3. Read the evidence: How to Actually Fix Your Sleep (Without Buying a Single Supplement) · How to Build a Supplement Strategy (Not a Random Stack).
