A Pattern Review is a private research report and a focused 30-minute advisory conversation about your Pattern Check result. We unpack the result together, look at what published research says about the pattern, and turn it into a practical seven-day note.
A Pattern Review is research support, not a medical assessment. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for advice from your GP or specialist.
You do not need to send records or write out your health history. If you have a Pattern Check result code, you can copy it below, but it is optional.
