Privacy Policy

Who We Are
This website is operated by Hussain Sharifi, an individual based in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"), who works through three distinct practices: business and special projects, private health research, and private AI and research systems. This notice covers all three. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
What Data We Collect
When you use a request form, we collect only what it needs. The Clarity Brief fit request collects your name, email address, the one-sentence question you type, the stage you choose from the form's list, your consent tick, and a hidden "source" field that records in one word where the request came from (for example direct, newsletter or referral). That word is read from the web address you arrived on; we do not read your browser history, your referring page or any cookie to produce it. The Monthly Follow-Through cancellation form collects one thing: the email address on the subscription. Please do not include medical records or detailed health information in a form. If a Clarity Brief goes ahead, a record-sharing route is agreed in writing before any records move. The business project enquiry is a separate form on a separate page. It collects your name, email address, the description of the project you type, and your consent tick. It asks for no health information and none should be sent to it. The private AI practice has no form of its own: its enquiry route is the question section on the home page, which posts nothing and collects nothing until you send an email. The two forms are separate from each other, and a submission to either is used only to answer the enquiry it was sent with. We do not collect usage data: this site runs no analytics, so your visit is not measured, profiled or recorded.
How We Use Your Data
A submission is used only to reply to the enquiry it was sent with: a fit request to answer that question, a cancellation request to act on that subscription, and a project enquiry to reply about that project. Nothing sent to one practice is used to market or deliver the other. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Some pages remember your choice of colour theme in your browser's own local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it through your browser settings, and the site works normally without it.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Netlify (site hosting; every form submission, including a cancellation request, is received and stored by Netlify before we read it)
- Google (Gmail; support, cancellation and correction email is received and stored in a Gmail mailbox)
- Google Fonts (typography, on older pages only; the current pages self-host every typeface they use and request nothing from Google, while part of the recovered article library still links a Google Fonts stylesheet, and on those pages your browser requests font files from Google, which sees your IP address)
- WhatsApp (only if you choose to message us there; Meta processes those messages under its own policy)
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the contact details below.
Data Retention
Form submissions and enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry, or the commissioned work it led to, is open, whether that work is a Brief or a business project, and are deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange. Records of paid work that UK tax law requires us to keep are kept for the statutory period and then deleted.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
