Practical AI
AI is useful when it removes repeated effort and leaves the work easier to check. I build around a real task, not a demonstration.
Start with the real task
First I map the task as it is done now: the inputs, decisions, repeated steps, failure points and final output. Then I decide where AI helps and where a person must remain responsible.
The result may be a prompt set, a structured research process, a document workflow or a small internal tool. It should fit the material, the risk and the people who will use it.
If a simpler method will work better, I will say so. AI is not the objective.
Make it inspectable
Outputs are checked against sources, rules or worked examples before the workflow is trusted. Assumptions, exceptions and manual review points stay visible.
You receive the working process, the instructions needed to use it and a clear account of its limits. The aim is less repeated effort without losing judgement or control.
