Some work needs an owner for a fixed period, not another permanent role. I take a defined project and carry it through.
Agree the result
At the start, I set out the objective, final deliverable, boundaries, dependencies and decisions needed from you. The scope is written before work begins.
If the route is uncertain, I divide the project into stages with clear tests. You can see what has been proved, what has changed and what still blocks delivery.
Carry it through
I research, coordinate, draft and build what the agreed result requires. I keep the working material organised and record the decisions that change the route.
At the end, you receive the finished work, the source material that matters, a record of key decisions and a clear list of anything still open.
The same person holds the project from brief to close. You do not have to reconstruct it from several handovers.
