How to reach me
Everything here goes to Hussain Sharifi directly. There is no team, no call centre and no queue.
Please do not send medical records, test results or images by email. If a Brief goes ahead, a record-sharing route is agreed in writing first.
If you have not worked with me before
Start with the question itself rather than an introduction. Sending it is a fit request: no payment is taken and no work is booked by it.

Reply on the written scope thread we already have, so your question stays with your work. If that thread is not to hand, email hussainsharifi96@gmail.com.
Cancelling
Monthly Follow-Through can be cancelled with the cancellation form, which asks only for the email address on the subscription. You can also email hussainsharifi96@gmail.com. No reason is needed and there is no retention call.
A Clarity Brief that has not started can be cancelled by email at any time.
Corrections and refunds
If something in a delivered Brief is factually wrong, say so and it is corrected. For a correction, a refund question or a complaint, email hussainsharifi96@gmail.com. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy questions and data requests
To ask what is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, email hussainsharifi96@gmail.com. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy notice.
