Sending an enquiry is not a booking. An engagement begins only when scope, timing and price are agreed in writing.

If you are an existing client
Reply on the written scope thread we already have, so your question stays with your work. If that thread is not to hand, email office@hussainsharifi.com.
Cancelling
To end or change existing work, reply on the written scope thread or email office@hussainsharifi.com. No reason is needed.
Work that has not started can be cancelled by email at any time.
Corrections and refunds
If something in delivered work is factually wrong, say so and it is corrected. For a correction, a refund question or a complaint, email office@hussainsharifi.com. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy questions and data requests
To ask what is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, email office@hussainsharifi.com. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy notice and the terms.
