How I work.
One person takes the work on and answers for it. This page says how a matter starts, what is agreed before any money moves, how it ends, and what stays private.
Starting
Research, Health or Work can go in the first line, followed by the question and any useful material.
Please do not attach records, results or images to your first email. If we decide to work together, I will agree a suitable way for you to share them.
I read every enquiry myself. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
What is agreed, and when
You get a written reply from me. If I can take it, I say what the work would be.
No price is published. Scope, work and price are agreed privately in writing, for each piece of work. Sending an enquiry is not a booking. An engagement begins only when scope, timing and price are agreed in writing, and nothing is payable at the enquiry stage.
If a request fits, the exact scope, payment details and delivery date are agreed in writing before any payment. If it does not fit, I say so and nothing is owed.
While the work runs
Each agreed piece of work stands on its written scope. Questions about it go on that thread, so they stay with the work.
Where a question needs a regulated professional, that is said plainly and the work stops at that line. I do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment or interpret scans, and I do not replace a regulated clinician.
Ending or changing work
To end or change work, reply on the written scope thread or email me directly. Nothing continues automatically, and any ongoing arrangement has no minimum term: end it in writing before the next agreed period without giving a reason.
If something in delivered work is factually wrong, say so and it is corrected. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
What stays private
What you send about one matter is used to answer that matter and nothing else.
No analytics run anywhere on this site: no tracking, no measurement tags and no third-party scripts. Nothing here follows you off the page.
