By accessing and using hussainsharifi.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Hussain Sharifi, an individual based in London, United Kingdom, who works through three distinct practices: business and special projects, private health research, and private AI and research systems. No price is published for any of them: scope, work and price are agreed privately in writing, for each piece of work. The business practice and the health practice each have their own enquiry form, and the private AI practice has none. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not create an engagement: an engagement begins only when scope, timing and price are agreed in writing. Business work is scoped individually, and no payment is taken at the enquiry stage.

How work is agreed
No price is published on this site. Scope, work and price are agreed privately in writing, for each piece of work. Sending a request is not a purchase and nothing is payable at the request stage. The page you reach after sending a request confirms that the request was received; it is not an acceptance and it books nothing. If a request fits, the exact scope, payment details and delivery date are agreed in writing before any payment. If it does not fit, we say so and nothing is owed.
Continuing work
Where a question stays open, continuing work can be agreed as a monthly arrangement, on the same terms as any other work: scope and price in writing first. It is optional, and a single piece of work is complete on its own.
Cancellation, Refunds and Complaints
The monthly arrangement has no minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal without giving a reason and without a retention call, using the cancellation form or by email. A cancellation form sends a request, which is matched to a subscription and confirmed to you by email.
To cancel a request or agreed work, to ask about a refund, to ask for a factual correction, or to complain about the service, reply on the written scope thread, email hussainsharifi96@gmail.com, or use the contact page. Requests and complaints are handled by Hussain Sharifi directly. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up to date. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information found on this site.
