Bring the health question that will not resolve itself. Sending it starts a conversation about whether research can help and what that work would be: the records, the evidence and the open uncertainties around that one question, so your next conversation with your clinicians is clearer.
A short fit test
This route fits when your question sounds like one of these:
- Understanding what is happening
- Preparing for an appointment or decision
- Organising records or different opinions
- Keeping track as something changes
It is not a fit for emergencies or anything that needs urgent clinical attention: those belong with your clinicians and the usual urgent routes. If the question is not one research can help with, that is the answer you receive, in writing, and there is nothing to pay.
How work is agreed
No price is published on this site. Scope, work and price are agreed privately in writing, for each piece of work. That happens after the question is understood, never before.
Nothing on this page can be bought, booked or paid for. The only step here is a fit request, and it commits you to nothing.
Where a question stays open after the first piece of work, continuing work can be arranged the same way, privately and in writing. It is described here so you know the path exists; it is never sold through a separate button.
What the work is, and is not
- One agreed question, fixed in writing before anything else.
- A preparation conversation about that question and the records behind it.
- Written work, with named sources, an evidence cutoff and a revision mark.
- A clear separation of what the records establish, what remains uncertain and what to ask next.
- A factual-correction round on what the written work says.
- The exact scope, including how much material is covered, is agreed in writing before anything begins. Material beyond it is narrowed or scoped again, never silently absorbed.
Never included
- Diagnosis.
- Prescriptions or medication changes.
- Treatment recommendations.
- Interpretation of scan images.
- Live booking or payment.
Those belong to the regulated clinicians who know your case.
When work starts
A fit request starts nothing on its own. Work begins only once the question, the scope and the terms are agreed in writing, and the agreed material and the preparation conversation are complete.
Any timing is part of that written agreement, so it is set against your question rather than promised in advance to everybody.
Stopping stays easy
No long minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal without giving a reason or attending a retention call. Every renewal reminder repeats the amount, the renewal date and the cancellation route.
