A short fit test

The Brief fits when your question sounds like one of these:

• Understanding what is happening
• Preparing for an appointment or decision
• Organising records or different opinions
• Keeping track as something changes

It is not a fit for emergencies or anything that needs urgent clinical attention: those belong with your clinicians and the usual urgent routes. If the question is not one research can help with, that is the answer you receive, in writing, and there is nothing to pay.

One path, two stages

1. Clarity Brief

   £395 fixed

   One agreed question, a 45-minute preparation conversation and a 3 to 5 page written Brief. A clear separation of what the records establish, what remains uncertain and what to ask next.

   The Clarity Brief is complete on its own. Nobody must subscribe to receive a useful result.

2. Monthly Follow-Through

   £325 per month

   Available after a completed Clarity Brief, while the same agreed question remains active.

   One follow-up question a month, up to 10 pages of new records, a 30-minute review conversation and a 1 to 3 page What Changed update. It is described here so you know the path exists; it is never sold through a separate button.

The exact scope

• One agreed question, fixed in writing before anything else.
• Up to 20 text-readable pages or 10 documents, whichever limit is reached first. Material above the included limit is narrowed before payment or quoted separately. It is never silently absorbed into the fixed fee.
• A 45-minute preparation conversation.
• A three to five page written Brief, with named sources, an evidence cutoff and a revision mark.
• One factual-correction round.
• Unused questions, pages, calls or time do not roll over. A materially different question is scoped as a new Clarity Brief.

When the clocks start

The ten-working-day delivery clock starts only after payment, the complete agreed records and the preparation conversation.

For Monthly Follow-Through: Acknowledgement within one working day of receiving a monthly batch. The five-working-day delivery clock starts only after a complete, in-scope batch is accepted.

Cancellation stays easy

No long minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal without giving a reason or attending a retention call. Every renewal reminder repeats the amount, the renewal date and the cancellation route.
