Cancel Monthly Follow-Through

No reason is needed and there is no retention call. Give the email address the subscription uses and nothing else.

Sending this is a cancellation request. It does not cancel on its own: the address is matched to a subscription first, and the outcome is confirmed to you by email. If the address does not match a subscription, nothing is cancelled and you are told so.
