Why do I keep feeling dizzy?

Not a diagnosis: a head start. These are the three drivers most worth checking first, based on what the evidence says gets missed most often.

01

Spinning vs fading

True spinning (vertigo) is inner ear or neurological; fading/greying is blood pressure or blood flow. Different paths.

02

Standing drops

Lightheaded on standing suggests orthostatic blood pressure issues. Easily tested at home.

03

Iron and B12 again

Anaemia steals oxygen from the brain; dizziness is an early note.

Worth asking your GP about

Lying/standing blood pressure, full blood count, B12

Do this, this week
